Standard heritage range
We understand the importance of satisfaction with your purchase. If you wish to return an item from our standard heritage range, you are welcome to do so within seven days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unaltered, and free from damage, paint, stains, or fixtures. Returns can be made by post or directly to:

For returns of large or bulky items, please reach out to us from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm AEST, Monday to Friday, to discuss the best way to manage your return.
Our comprehensive Refund Policy is applicable to all returns.
Should you seek an exchange for a product from our standard range, we will endeavour to meet your request based on current stock levels. Please be aware that exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired item.
Please note that we may need to charge for postage costs incurred for the return of items, especially in cases where a refund or exchange is not granted or if the return is due to a change of mind.
Made-to-order products
Customised products, crafted to your precise specifications in design, material, and size, are tailored uniquely for you and thus are not eligible for exchange or refund. We encourage a thorough review of your specifications and the provided invoice at the time of deposit to ensure everything about your order meets your expectations. If discrepancies are found, please contact us immediately.
How to return your purchase
Items purchased can be returned to our Geelong address as listed above for an exchange or a refund, following a thorough assessment to confirm they meet our return criteria. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method; for instance, purchases made by credit card will be credited back to the same card.
