Payment
Custom orders: Full payment is required when your order is confirmed. Please ensure all measurements are correct when you place your order.
Standard product orders: Payment of 50% of the initial deposit is required once your order is confirmed—the remaining balance of 50% is to be settled upon pickup.
Delivery
Delivery service Australia-wide
At Mito & Son, we are proud to offer a reliable and affordable delivery service to customers Australia-wide. Our dedication to ensuring your products arrive safely and promptly is paramount. If you have any questions about delivery to your location, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Our team is available from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm AEST, Monday to Friday, and 10 am to 1 pm AEST on Saturdays and Sundays.
Pick-up orders
For those who prefer to pick up their orders, we will notify you via email or SMS once your order is ready for collection. Please ensure you pick up your order within 7 days from the notification date.
Delivery charges
Our delivery charges are calculated based on the quantity, size of your items, and delivery location. You will receive a detailed breakdown of delivery costs before confirming your order and making any payments.
Delivery times
We aim to deliver home orders between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
For pick-up, you can collect your order from our Geelong, Victoria location once you’ve been notified it’s ready. Collection times are from 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Order tracking
After dispatching your order, we will send a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Delivery acceptance
All home delivery orders come with ‘Authority to Leave’ unless specified otherwise. We will inform you of the estimated delivery date, but please note that we cannot control the exact delivery times once dispatched.
